ORIGIN

Standardized extract of organic Cantaloupe melon from Provence (France), titrated in total sugars. In accordance with GREENTECH’s purchasing policy and in agreement with the producer, downgraded fruits are used to produce HYDRALYS M when available.

DESCRIPTION

HYDRALYS M is a natural active ingredient titrated in moisturizing sugars, that quenches the skin instantly and throughout the day (up to 8 hours after application).

MECHANISM

Melon is a water-rich fruit containing sugar-based mucilage. The small sugars and film-forming polysaccharides (constituting the mucilage) are extracted through a gentle extraction process. They ensure optimal hydration of the skin when applied to its surface: they limit transepidermal water loss (dehydration) and bind water to maintain hydration of the stratum corneum (NMF-like effect).
